Babylonian Twins has been a lot of things: a game made in Baghdad in 1993 on a half-megabyte Amiga, a set of floppy disks that crossed borders in a backpack, and a comeback that reached over two million players on the world’s phones. It has never had a place to tell its own story, in its own words. This is that place.
We’ll use it for the things that don’t fit on a store page — development notes, the history behind the worlds, and the road to the 2026 Definitive Edition.
If you’re new here, two good places to start:
- The story → — the full three-act history, from Baghdad to the iPhone to a modern engine.
- The 1993 original → — the authentic Amiga version, and how to run it yourself.
More soon.
